Simple Wellness

This monthly plan provides your employees and/or clients with the support to maintain simple wellness.
- Each week highlights a 50-minutes yoga class, a guided breathwork/ meditation, a nutrition support Webinar or individual life coaching sessions (In person or Zoom)
- Each month you receive a wellness progress report
- Each month you receive a 15-minutes phone call wellness company review
Intentional Wellness
$1250
This monthly plan provides your organization or clients with support to implement wellness practices in a more intentional way.
- Each week highlights a 50-minute yoga class, a guided breathwork/meditation, a nutrition support Webinar or individual or individual life coaching sessions (in person or Zoom)
- Each month offers one small group wellness circle, facilitated to support teamwork, team goals and team communications
- Each month offers a specialty wellness option like: Chair Massage or Sound Bath.
Wellness Workshop
$1500
These group workshops (one full day or two half days) are extremely helpful in navigating:
specific and pertinent matters such as diversity, equity and inclusion as well as employee resource groups and company development. These workshops include basic wellness practices as well as specialty wellness options. Rates begin at $500
Private Coaching
Private coaching can be the perfect antidote to resolving a pending matter or jumpstarting a productive idea. Prices may vary depending on circumstances.
Rate: 50-minute sessions are $125

Owner/Operator Rana K carries coaching certifications in: Life Coaching, Nutrition, Meditation and Yoga. She brings decades of experience to facilitate wellness programs through private sessions, classes and retreats. With a degree in communications from the University of Southern California as well as a background in the arts, clients can rest assured that their experience will be thoughtful and pleasant. Whether for professional or personal support, Well OK is here for you.
