As a certified life coach, with additional certifications in nutrition, meditation and yoga, I have garnered decades of experience to facilitate wellness programs through private sessions, classes and retreats. My degree in communications from the University of Southern California set the stage for me to moderate a positive company and community culture for clients. The programs that I have set up for clients can enhance wellness professionally and personally. Whether you need a certified caregiver, an experience provider to assist with your special needs youth or just need a tune up in feeling overall, well, OK, you have come to the right place.
